Cost
While offering a competitive price we
never cut corners or compromise the quality of our work to
get the job. All plumbing contractors do not install piping the same
and this can greatly effect the pricing you receive. In addition,
not all plumbing contractors service their customers the same. From
us you can count on quality, timeliness, attention to detail, neatness
and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Extras
We price the job to do it right the first
time. While there are times when extra charges are appropriate,
we work to minimize them by discussing service and material options
before we price the job.
Fixtures
We supply high quality faucets and fixtures
at a discount, fully guaranteed against defect, including
labor, and we take responsibility for ordering, delivering and handling
these fixtures. Please note home improvement plumbing fixtures are
not the same grade as plumbing supply house plumbing fixtures:
china is a lesser grade, many faucets & drain parts are plastic
instead of brass and often have missing, broken or non-replaceable
parts.
Deposits

We never require a deposit on work and will not ask for
payment until a specific phase of the job has been completed.
